After years of experiencing and witnessing harsh waxing methods, unnecessary pain, and products that irritated sensitive skin, it became clear there was a better way. One that honored the body. One that was rooted in simplicity, care, and respect.
That belief became sugaringLA.
What started as a personal solution has grown into a community of studios built around intentional care, thoughtful technique, and a calmer, more human approach to hair removal.

Our approach is intentionally different from waxing and laser. We focus on technique, timing, and care, resulting in smoother results, less irritation, and a more comfortable experience overall.

Our teams are intentionally trained in proper sanitation and infection-prevention protocols. All tools are disinfected between clients, beds are thoroughly cleaned after each service, and studios are maintained to the highest hygiene standards using verified medical-grade sanitizers.
